Under its light brown foam, flavours of red berries, a waterfall of savour starting from liquorice to melt towards coffee and subtly leave on a touch of blackcurrant. Its character creates a mysterious harmony with stews or even chocolate. It is definitively Celt and daughter of the sea of Iroise.

During more than 5 months, Pen-Hir beer is aging in old oak casks that have already held Bordeaux great wines. A surprising Barley Wine that will advantageously take the place of a good wine.
