Faithful to the tradition of Barley Wines, this is a unique top-fermentation beer characterized by a high degree of alcohol allowing a long conservation in cellar, vintage. During more than 5 months, Pen-Hir beer is aging in old oak casks that have already held Bordeaux great wines. A surprising Barley Wine that will advantageously take the place of a good wine.
